Friday Night Meal

The Friday Night on College program began as a vision for CAPC Oakland to reach out to the immediate neighborhood offering a home style meal, worship, and other electives. What began in 1997 serving 35 dinners today serves well over 100 meals every Friday. Led by four cooking teams with set recipes for each team, the meal has offered the church and the wider community opportunities to volunteer to cook and share a meal in true community fashion.
